Visitors Day at the ECB – 29. April 2012
The European Central Bank is opening its doors to the public on 29 April. So you can spend an enjoyable day at the Eurotower. Go on a guided tour and see the conference room where the Governing Council of the ECB makes its interest rate decisions, or visit the Market Operations room and find out how the ECB lends money to banks.
Tours will be given in German to groups comprising a maximum of 50 people. They will start every 30 minutes and last about an hour. The first tour will be at 10 a.m. and the last one at 4.30 p.m.
The tour locations are accessible for people with disabilities, including those who use walking frames or wheelchairs
If you prefer, you can stay on the 2nd floor and not go on any tours.

Taking photos or making videos inside the ECB is not allowed.
For security reasons, you will need to register no later than 22 April using the online form. When you have done so, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail. On Visitors’ Day please bring that confirmation together with a valid means of identification such as an ID card or passport. Driving licences as a form of ID will not be accepted.
Admission is free.
